Horatio Milestones, Fall 2022: Stevie and Inc.’s Power Partners Awards

Fall 2022 has been an exciting season at Horatio. We have achieved two major milestones that are thanks to each and every member of the Horatio team. These accolades are not just statues or awards for us – they are markers of our collective work over the past four years, and attributed to the daily work we do to reimagine how CX can have an impact on our clients. 

In October 2022, Horatio CEO, Jose Herrera, was honored to attend the Stevie International Business Awards in London, England at the Intercontinental Hotel. This was the first live IBA awards show post-pandemic since 2019 and it was very exciting to come together to meet other changemakers from around the globe. Jose accepted the 2022’ Silver STEVIE® award in the “Company of the Year – Business or Professional Services – Medium Size” category on behalf of all of the entire Horatio team. The IBA’ shave a long legacy and are the world’s premier business awards program. This year, the IBAs record that they received entries from organizations in 67 nations and territories. More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including the category, Company of the Year, in which Horatio won. We were also thrilled to be honored with an award for People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies at the ceremony. Both accolades were particularly meaningful as they recognize the collaborative efforts of each and every Horatio team member.

Beyond our amazing staff, our clients mean everything to us. It is for this reason that our recent win of Inc’s inaugural Power Partners recognition was also very impactful for us at Horatio. The award honors B2B organizations across the globe that have proven track records of supporting entrepreneurs and helping startups grow. The final list, which included 252 companies, was drawn from thousands of applicants worldwide. This recent recognition is a direct result of having amazing clients who recognize the importance and value of CX. We are thankful for these innovative clients who believe in the power of an empathetic and cutting-edge approach to the customer experience.
