People Experience Coordinator

Horatio is looking for a highly energetic and results driven People Experience Coordinator to grow our amazing team. The People Experience Coordinator role is the day-to-day connection point in providing guidance and support to all employees at Horatio. This is an employee facing role where being service minded with a proactive attitude is essential for success.
As our People Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team at Horatio. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support the company executives and team leaders, allowing the company to develop and grow quickly. As our People Experience Coordinator you will be responsible for helping us build and support this exceptional group of people.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to multitask, react quickly, solve problems and obtain results under pressure
• Bilingual English/Spanish. Ability to conduct business conversations in both languages including the ability to read and write
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to act independently
• Ability to display flexibility, creativity, and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to be a team player
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively as part of a project/program team and foster team cooperation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous work experience in an office environment. Excitement about absorbing and contributing to Horatio’s dynamic startup culture!

After successfully passing a background check, you can expect a fast paced, changing environment that includes frequent deadlines and the need to multitask competing priorities each day. You can anticipate extensive use of a computer, (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), phone, and high volumes of email and chat. You should expect to consistently apply your strong English fluency when speaking with others, reading work related materials, and creating written correspondence.
