Jose, Alex, and Jared all met on the very first day of class at Columbia Business School, and the three grew to be fast friends. Over the next two years, they found themselves spending much of their free time talking to entrepreneurs, and one theme kept emerging – startups and small businesses were struggling to keep up with the demands of their customers.
